The Role of a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand on social media platforms. You'll be responsible for providing rapid and effective support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, including assistance with Autopilot functionality, energy storage solutions, and other advanced features
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed and resolved
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement on social media
  • Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, social media engagement, and resolution rate

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support, preferably in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
