Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information to support decision-making
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and data entry software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
