Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Associate - Live Chat (Remote / No Experience) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, tackling everything from routine questions to more detailed support issues. With comprehensive training provided and no experience necessary, you will be set to thrive and help our customers make the most of our products.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
