  • Manage project budgets and ensure resource allocation aligns with project goals and timelines.
  • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve project outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • 18 years or older
