Key Responsibilities

  • * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • * Document customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail
  • * Maintain customer satisfaction by providing a positive experience during every interaction
  • * Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • * Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality assurance guidelines

  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • * Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferred but not required)
  • * Previous experience in a remote working environment is a plus

  • Working Hours
  • * Part-time position: 15 to 25 hours per week
