Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, phone, or email. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, providing technical support, and offering real-time problem-solving solutions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues, including product-related problems, shipping concerns, and service complaints
  • Flagging major pain points and concerns to our liaison team, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Availability to work weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or phone support environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
