About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of one of the biggest brands worldwide, supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. You'll undergo a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors, ensuring you're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent a major brand with integrity and professionalism.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
  • Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
