The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
  • Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
  • Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team
  • Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

What We're Looking For

* Passion: We're looking for someone who's excited and passionate about our mission. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.

  • Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature.
  • Aptitude for Learning: You'll need to be able to learn quickly and adapt to our user journey and feedback. You'll also need to synthesize common feedback to help the team prioritize bugs and improvements.

Essential Qualifications

* Strong fluency in English and bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
  • Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can reliably connect to the web
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog

  • Experience with customer support software and tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
