Phase Lead, PS Engineering (Remote)

- Collaborate with senior management to define and track strategic goals for the Professional Services team.
- Lead a remote engineering team focused on equitable workload distribution and excellent delivery.
- Oversee project intake and staffing in alignment with customer needs and team strengths.
- Cultivate a growth-oriented culture grounded in respect, accountability, and innovation.
- Develop tailored coaching and training plans for team members to support their growth.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to empower team performance.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology or software engineering roles.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Engineering Management.
- Proven track record of leading remote teams effectively and empathetically.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong background in application lifecycle management or change management.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on growth.
- Familiarity with legacy platforms (Mainframe, IBM i) is an advantage.
