About the Role

The Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is a remote role that requires an active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance. As a key member of our team, you will interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communication, to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing, process new and/or amended enrollments, and ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their choices.
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An active Personal Lines resident license, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing systems and processes.
  • A passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature that ensures customers feel valued and supported.
  • Ability to pass a background check, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
