Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred).
• Strong ability to multitask, with a handle on basic internet and window-based computer skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
• Fast typing skills a plus (minimum 35 WPM).
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting is preferred (2+ years experience).
