Key Responsibilities

  • Design copy and creative for digital-first campaigns across all initiatives that need to be communicated to front-line teams and partners, ensuring that messaging is clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee a governance approach and communication calendar that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership teams across partner organizations to set agents up for success in serving customers across various brands, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a new customer service communications playbook that outlines best practices, strategies, and tactics for effective communication.
  • Drive a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach to ensure that messaging is received and acted upon, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize communication strategies.
  • Manage the communications scorecard and develop methods to track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the communication approach.
  • Create and deliver compelling and well-supported executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within sites, ensuring that leadership is informed and equipped to make strategic decisions.
  • Oversee communication tools and act as the voice of the partner and agent to ensure that communication tools, protocols, and methods are effective and meet the needs of front-line teams.

Requirements and Nice-to-Haves

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Four or more years of relevant experience in customer service communications, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective communication strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in planning, prioritization, communication, and project management.

Nice-to-haves include:
