Job Description:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover hidden client needs, and identify new content opportunities. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our content portfolio, marketing, and distribution strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Develop and implement our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and operational direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
