Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Comfort with technology, including chat software, CRM systems, and troubleshooting tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
