Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation process. Working remotely from the United States, you'll be part of a dynamic team that facilitates the production of high-quality documentation for our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication

Qualifications

* No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus

• High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic math and computer skills
