Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing procedures for accurate inventory management
- Assisting the Sales Department by responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Troubleshooting international shipments to guarantee compliance with custom requirements
- Investigating unidentified returns for accurate inventory management
- Facilitating effective communication for product recalls and quality control
- Collaborating in teams to deliver optimal results to customers
- Motivating colleagues to exceed daily tasks and objectives
- Training new hires to promote business expansion
- Being responsive to inquiries from sales and external stakeholders
- Managing working practices and SOPs efficiently

Essential Qualifications:
