Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. You'll work from home, using inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet to interface with customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services
  • Work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Utilize arenaflex's cutting-edge technology to navigate customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

* Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Home Environment: Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Internet and Phone Requirements: High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
