Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in finding the products they need, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a positive sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
  • Handling clerical duties such as customer files and contracts
  • Working with customer files and contracts to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire to help customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to perform a physically demanding job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
  • Age: 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
