Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers, responding to a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, and that our clients' customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is seamless and efficient
  • Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Investigate and resolve billing and fraudulent activity concerns
  • Process account requests and provide guidance on product features and technical issues
  • Screen share to resolve technical issues as needed
  • Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Properly document notes and summarize conversation details
  • Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
  • Strong digital literacy and working knowledge of technology
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, preferred but not required
  • Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience working with customers in a bilingual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
