Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking cargo shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
