Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling client requests and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Overseeing and determining client issues, and providing solutions or escalating to management as needed
  • Providing clients with accurate and up-to-date information about flights, courses, and evaluating data
  • Recognizing and addressing need issues, and escalating to management as needed
  • Answering messages and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Screening flights and providing clients with accurate information

  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and different hours: The ability to work flexible hours as required by the call center schedule
  • Ability to focus and execute: The ability to concentrate and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment: The ability to collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals
  • Ability to learn and understand: The ability to learn and comprehend the terms and conditions of arenaflex's Agreement of Carriage
  • Ability to become proficient in software and reservation systems: The ability to learn and become proficient in different software and reservation systems used by arenaflex
