Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will utilize a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
  • Experience in a similar work-from-home environment a plus
