As a part-time customer care representative, you will play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our system, resolve issues, and achieve their goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer care team on a part-time basis. As a part-time customer care representative, you will work 20-30 hours per week, preferably 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work until 8 pm ET. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and its applications, enabling you to provide accurate and helpful guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, continuously improving our support processes and customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Experience with chat or phone-based customer service, with a strong understanding of customer support software and tools
  • Retail or restaurant experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners and operators

Compensation and Benefits
