Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for handling live chat messages on websites and social media accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate responses. Key Responsibilities

* Handle live chat messages on websites and social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns about products, services, and policies
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support agents when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex
  • Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on live chat support or similar customer service environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
