Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customer concerns
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a food service or hospitality company

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
