Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently and effectively.
