Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to resolve customer queries and concerns. You will work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access the website chat functions and respond to incoming messages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites

  • Provide top-notch customer support, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work independently, using your own device to access the website chat functions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) is a plus
