As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

Audience Engagement:

+ Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for a positive and inclusive experience. + Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat. + Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Live Session Moderation:

+ Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers. + Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests. + Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule. + Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.

Community Building:

+ Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included. + Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue.

You're flexible, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.

• Is available to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the festival and full availability on February 13, 2025: You're committed to the festival's success and willing to put in the time and effort required.
