Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to prescription medication, insurance coverage, and mail-order solutions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will empower our clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare and provide them with the support they need to achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about prescription medication, insurance coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a patient, supportive, and empathetic way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
