The Role

As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing nothing-but-wonderful customer service through email and live chat support
  • Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identifying and resolving customer pain points and trends to optimize their experience

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain organized and attentive to detail
  • Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows
  • Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
  • Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise in which you will fulfill your shifts
  • Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
