Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Forecasting and Data-Driven Decision Making

You'll be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities, leveraging your expertise in planning, executing, and executing SQL.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Estimating group, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in managing the forecasting process for assigned business lines, encouraging collaboration, streamlining business cycles, and capturing partner needs. You'll also be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while executing data-driven process upgrades to enhance existing work processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring alignment with growth and agility targets

• Encourage collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture partner needs (Crowd group, Money, AI, and Labor force Management)
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation while executing data-driven process upgrades to enhance existing work processes
• Scale the current forecasting process efficiently to address the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and agility targets

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, mathematics, computer science)

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in elite performance environments across tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
• Proven expertise in logical abilities, with a mastery of SQL and Success
• Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Scene, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with individual stakeholders and senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes

Compensation and Benefits

* The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
