Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role will involve working weekends and nights, Central Standard Time (CST), and requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer service requests, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of customer concerns
  • Update customer portals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to ensure seamless communication
  • Collaborate with arenaflex Service Coordinators, notifying customers of service dates and ensuring effective communication
  • Upload documentation to customer portals, as well as accounting and work order systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer care and account management
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant systems
