Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area by identifying and contacting potential candidates, managing job portals, and analyzing professional profiles. If you're a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to achieve project goals
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
