Summary of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Position
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the direct point of contact for our consumer base, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back. This role requires a unique blend of energy, organization, and expertise, as you'll be working directly with our customer base, helping them navigate the sales process, and providing accurate and timely answers to their questions and concerns.
Core Daily Functions of Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our Customer Service and Sales Department, your core daily functions will include:
- Working directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process
- Demonstrating expertise in our clients' products and services
- Answering customer questions and concerns regarding pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes
- Interacting professionally and empathetically with customers and internal stakeholders, including management and client executives
- Following all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction
- Maintaining up-to-date files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience (preferred and recommended)
- Experience in a customer-facing environment where you're comfortable working with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
- Strong multi-tasking and initiative-taking skills
- Ability to work on-site, full-time, and commute daily to our local New Hyde Park location
