About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer to join our team of professionals who are passionate about delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and improve outcomes for our clients. As a Customer Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Dynamics CRM implementations, as well as migrating and modernizing to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE). Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their vision and unlock the full potential of their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level customers and their partners, providing expert guidance on Dynamics CRM implementations and migrations
  • Develop and execute on a service delivery plan, leveraging repeatable services to educate customers and ensure best practice execution and success
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers and leverage their expertise in support of your customers
  • Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing the quality of training material by providing feedback on needed improvements to existing training and new training content to be developed
  • Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers

Essential Qualifications

  • General fluency in English, with effective communication skills to identify, engage, and interact with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in delivering technical training and a strong background in consulting and customer-facing roles
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning and a passion for modern engineering tools and practices
  • Expertise in Dynamics CRM Enterprise level support and administration, including CRM infrastructure installation and configuration, CRM deployment configuration, CRM customization and configuration, CRM integration, and CRM performance and tuning optimization
  • Strong understanding of business application performance tuning, including SQL, IIS, Networking, and client-side troubleshooting
  • Experience with environment health assessment, data recovery planning, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish
  • Experience authoring technical training for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
  • Power Platform governance and center of excellence experience
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Data Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations
