Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, simplify our members' health care experience, and offer solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members feel valued and supported
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups
  • Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions and support to simplify our members' health care experience and improve their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of health care experience

Compensation and Benefits
