About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a remote and seasonal representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers across the country and helping them achieve their gardening goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their gardening needs
  • Work with customers to find the right products and solutions for their yards and gardens, promoting the benefits of Meadowscaping and driving financial success for arenaflex
  • Utilize our extensive archive of knowledge and personal experience to earn customer trust and bolster brand authority, creating loyal customers who will advocate for arenaflex
  • Provide key insights and feedback to the company, helping us better understand our customers' needs and driving improvement in the customer experience
  • Navigate our websites and internal systems to assist with placing orders, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Participate in call and email quality reviews, receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance and achieve excellence in customer service

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace, with the ability to work remotely and independently

  • Experience in customer service, gardening, or a related field
  • Knowledge of gardening principles, practices, and products
  • Experience working with internal systems and software, such as Acumatica and VoIP phone systems

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons
