Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of extension depending on our client's future needs. As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll work closely with our Customer Service department to provide administrative support, manage customer communications, and process reports. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Customer Service department with administrative tasks, including data entry, order tracking, and report processing
  • Fielding customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Managing customer communications, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our database, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Processing reports and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Performing other related tasks as required to support the success of our client

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to work effectively in a team setting, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction
