Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive customer experience
  • Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and maintaining high standards
  • Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
  • Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
  • Enjoying working in a technical workplace and staying up-to-date with industry trends

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Sales or customer service experience in the home services industry
  • Experience working with CRM software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
