Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Product Specialists. As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing valuable feedback on upcoming products and services from renowned brands. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience, and we guarantee 15-25 hours of work per week with a competitive hourly pay rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on the project.

Main Responsibilities

  • Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required materials.
  • Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
  • Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
  • Participate in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms.
  • Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
