Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Quality Check:
Call customers from prior day for quality check
Maintenance Customers:
Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
Promotions:
Call on customer list to offer promotions
Reviews:
Follow up on reviews positive and negative
General Inbound Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous Customer Service Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
