Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for keying applications into our database, maintaining high levels of keying speed and accuracy, and providing exceptional support to our deposit room team. Key Responsibilities

* Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established standards
• Assist the deposit room team with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing as needed
• Provide support with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless data management processes

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
