Position Overview

The Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group is a cornerstone of arenaflex, driving one of its largest revenue streams. This team partners with stakeholders across the organization to develop pricing strategies that enhance merchant satisfaction while fueling revenue growth. As a Financial Analyst in Canada Revenue Forecasting and Reporting, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to gain insights into our business strategies and contribute to the development of accurate forecasts and analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage revenue forecasts for Canadian businesses, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Track monthly performance against forecasts and identify areas for adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze regional revenue metrics and compile comprehensive income reports for the Canadian market, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement cost analysis and forecasting models across multiple regional teams, leveraging your technical skills to drive business growth.
  • Provide audit support, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions with internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to uncover insights related to discount rates and business performance, driving innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and analysis.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial analysis, business payments, or a related finance role, with a proven track record of delivering accurate forecasts and analyses.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS/SQL or similar programming languages, with advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong capacity to create complex financial models and extract actionable insights from data, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing data and preparing accurate reports, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders who may have different goals and priorities.
