Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. You'll assist with an array of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent experience to our callers each and every time.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Update customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and manage incoming calls, emails, or chats
  • Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

Requirements

* Must live within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ

  • High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (use of Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • High school diploma or equivalent
