Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with Nuuly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management
• Providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer concerns
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with Nuuly's values and brand voice
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or subscription-based services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Availability to work evenings on weekends
• Self-motivation with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savviness with proficiency in using CRM tools and other software
