Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
- Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner
- Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
- Reviewing and resolving customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry, familiarity with healthcare or transportation services, and proficiency in multiple software systems would be beneficial in this role.
