The Role
As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service to our customers across the country. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilizing internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You'll be eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise in which you'll fulfill your shifts
- Work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage candidates with customer service experience and experience working from home to apply.
