Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to find solutions

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a 4-day weekend schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) with 10-hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of lighting industry trends and products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media and online communities

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting salary: $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
