Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive engagement and conversion
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized support
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Providing feedback and insights to improve our live chat support processes and services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a passion for customer success and a willingness to learn are essential

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 5+ hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
