Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Using active listening skills to understand and address customer requests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Resolving billing issues, managing policy changes, and assisting with benefits filing to ensure customer satisfaction.

- A solid work history, with no more than four jobs in the last ten years.
- The ability to pass a background check.
- Residency in Florida is required.
